5 weeks: £35 or £9 per week
Sally teaches a general Hatha yoga class, with flowing & easy to remember routines; correcting & modifying the postures to suit the participant’s level of fitness, flexibility & age – always aiming for progress & focus in mind and body.
In addition to the postures, classes also incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques. Sally aims to take the mysticism out of yoga, making it accessible and enjoyable to anyone new to the practice, & challenging & enlightening to those with experience. Classes will improve flexibility, strength, posture & focus, & bring calm & relaxation. Perfect before heading off to work in your studio!
Class is limited to 12 students, £35 for a 5 week block (starting 20 February) or £9 per drop-in session (if any places are still available)
Please wear clothing which doesn’t restrict your movement & bring a yoga mat or let us know if you’d like to use one of ours!
