Situated at the edge of Rye, Rye Creative Centre has the luxury of being surrounded by delightful countryside yet being only a ten minute walk from the town centre and railway station. We can offer a wide range of spaces for hire: reasonably priced studios suitable for artists and makers, rooms for weekly art classes, or one off workshops, a gallery or conference space and large-scale studios for outdoor makers. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible and we have a accessible toilet.
“Rye Creative Centre offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a stimulating environment with other creative professionals.” Nick Archer, Resident Artist
“The focus on the growth of the artist and the development of practice is a rare commodity in most art centres in the UK. To have a centre that allows visual, crafts and performing artists space to collaborate and share ideas is a highly unusual and extremely exciting offer.” Tania Holland, Interdisciplinary Arts Producer
