Shipping and Delivery Policy

Goods will be collected by the customer or sent to the address provided by you online as the delivery address directly from the artist’s studio on-site at Rye Creative Centre or from Artists offsite studio or storage facilities, and included in the order acknowledgement email. Deliveries will be despatch only after payment has cleared.

The Artist and Rye Creative Centre make every effort to deliver within 7-14 days of purchase but delays can occur for a variety of reasons. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products within the estimated timescales. 

Risk of loss and damage passes to you on the date when the products are dispatched from our site to be delivered to you.

On receipt of the products, you must inspect the products and you will have been deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the products in accordance with the terms of the 'returns and cancellations' section below. Your statutory rights are not affected.
