Mono-printing from plants

  • Rye Creative Centre New Road England, TN31 United Kingdom (map)

Using real plants and flowers we will create beautiful one of a kind prints, known as monoprints. The technique and the plates we use will allow you to capture all the intricate and fine details of the plants. You do not need any drawing skills or experience to create beautiful artwork using this enjoyable technique.

Once the work is made you will have a small series of prints. We will also briefly look at the way artists have used collage and paper cutting techniques to further enhance their prints and you will be able to experiment with some of these processes if you want to.

Date: Saturday 5th March

Time: 10.30am – 1pm
