A chance to join Celia Pollington, Textile Tutor, for a day’s workshop on eco printing on fabric. You will be shown how to create your own eco printed scarf.

The day will start by foraging for suitable leaves to use to print on your scarf, in the centre’s own garden. Next, you will be shown how to use the leaves to create your own design to print on fabric.

While the scarf is dyeing, you will learn about a second eco printing technique. This method is suitable for printing on both fabric and paper. There will be time to experiment using this technique too.

The day is ideal for both beginners and those with some experience.

There will be a cafe on-site selling hot/cold drinks, light lunch options as well as sweet treats.
